This Privacy Policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store, and process your data when you interact with our services,
whether in-person, online, or via telehealth.

We collect only what is necessary for treatment, administration, and communications, including:                                                                                          Personal Identifiers: Name, age, contact details.
Health & Clinical Data: Medical history, mental health assessments,
diagnosis, treatment plans.
Digital Identifiers: IP address, device data, cookies on our website.
Sensitive health data is treated with heightened confidentiality.
Communication Data: WhatsApp number, chat records, call logs,and
appointment communication history.

1.We process personal data based on your explicit, freely given, and informed consent, which is obtained prior to collection.
2.You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to applicable legal restrictions; however, such withdrawal may affect our ability
to continue providing services.
3.In addition to consent, we may process personal data to comply with legal obligations, for the provision of healthcare services, and
for legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

We may use your data for: Providing clinical care and consultations.  Appointment booking and reminders. Billing and insurance claims. Quality improvement, analytics, and internal reporting. Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

6.Use and Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.
We may share your data with:
Medical professionals involved in your care (with your consent). 
Regulatory or law enforcement authorities, when required by law. Any third-party service providers (e.g., IT support) will be bound by confidentiality and data security obligations.
Information may be disclosed without consent where necessary to prevent serious harm to the patient or others or when mandated by law (Section 23 – Mental Healthcare Act, 2017).

8. Retention of Data

Medical records shall be retained for a minimum period as required under medical and legal guidelines (generally 3–7 years or longer in medico-legal cases).

Under applicable law, you have rights, including but not limited to:
Accessing your data.
Correcting inaccuracies.
Withdrawing consent.
Requesting deletion (subject to legal obligations).
