Healing Happens with Autism Therapy — Blending Expertise with Empathy

At Mind Brain Institute, we emphasize strength‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming care. Autism is viewed as a neurodevelopmental difference, not a flaw, and our goal is fostering each individual’s potential through evidence-based supports . We provide an inclusive environment that respects and empowers autistic clients and their families.

We here at Mind Brain Institute rejoice in neurodiversity in the manner in which we must extend humane, evidence-based support to autistic people. We may be perhaps an anxious parent, loving caregiver, or even a self-referral individual desiring to seek help on one’s own behalf. However, your position may be that we are here to assist you step by step.

What is Autism?

Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a condition that impacts people's thinking, feeling, communicating, and relating to the world. It is called a spectrum because it appears in each person differently; some require little assistance, while others require additional assistance for everyday activities.

Autism is not a disease, but a way of life. Autistic individuals are usually endowed with excellent capabilities, including superlative creativity and a high level of alertness, wonderful memory, and patterning ability. They may, however, have problems, most typically with relating and communicating, and flexibility to change. Early recognition, sensitization, and proper treatment can be the solution to creating a world of promise.

Symptoms of Autism

Not all autistics are the same. These are just some of the things that one may notice, especially during the early years:

Symptoms

  • Social & Communication Signs
  • Does not make eye contact or makes very little eye contact
  • The speech is delayed, or the speaker speaks less
  • Does not play with others or plays alone
  • Has problems reading non-verbal body language or facial expressions (CDC, 2024)

Behavioral Patterns

  • Repeats the same behavior continually, e.g., hand-flapping or rocking
  • Has rigid routines and anger when changed
  • Spontaneity of excitement provokes strong interest in a category, item, or activity

Sensory Sensitivities

  • Repeats the same behavior continually, e.g., hand-flapping or rocking
  • Has rigid routines and anger when changed
  • Spontaneity of excitement provokes strong interest in a category, item, or activity

Abnormalities of sleeping or eating

  • Others begin at 18 months, while some won't be diagnosed until later. If you see something different, it’s always better to have the perspective of an expert. Early intervention is everything.

Human Help That Truly Matters

We're here. We care.
And we listen.

You don't have to fly solo. We're here to assist you with science, compassion, and convenience.

We start by listening. We do brain mapping, behavior checklists, and consultation with a parent or caregiver to construct an accurate picture of your child's strengths and issues.

We create a step-by-step plan that is individualized and may include neurofeedback, behavior training, and family support.

We track brain changes and behavioral progress along the way. Plans are continually being updated on what is best for you.

We provide families with tangible ways to empower the people they care about to navigate everyday life at home, school, and work. Our purpose? Confidence, peace, and connection, for all.

How Do We Help You?

At Mind Brain Institute, we deliver holistic, personalized mental health care by thoughtfully combining multiple evidence-based therapies, designed around each individual’s brain patterns, symptoms, and recovery goals.

Neurofeedback Therapy

This therapy helps your brain "relearn" healthy habits. Through immediate feedback, you become increasingly responsible for your emotional and mental reactions, bringing balance and peace.

HRV Biofeedback

HRV (Heart Rate Variability) Biofeedback conditions your mind and body to better deal with stress. It maximizes your ability to deal with anxiety, fear, and panic through an optimal heart-brain interface.

QEEG Brain Mapping

We perform a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG) before treatment to familiarize ourselves with your brain function. To design a specific treatment plan, this brain map locates pathological patterns of activity that can lead to PTSD symptoms.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Therapy

This non-invasive treatment has been found to be really effective in breaking free from PTSD. In TMS, mild magnetic pulses are used to stimulate brain areas related to trauma and mood.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A well-administered doses of ketamine under medical supervision ease emotional distress and enhances brain plasticity, eventually leading to a reduction in PTSD symptoms. The effect increases when combined with therapy.

Medical Yoga & Sound Healing

Our medical yoga and Tibetan sound healing sessions are designed to help you reduce anxiety, calm the nervous system, and create a divine connection between your mind and body. Both these activities will be an essential part of your recovery.

What We Offer

Not all autistics are the same. These are just some of the things that one may notice, especially during the early years:

Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment

  • We use standardized developmental tools, clinical observation, and psychological assessments to understand the individual beyond surface behaviors.
  • When required, quantitative EEG brain mapping helps identify functional neural patterns linked to ASD.
  • Our multidisciplinary team integrates these insights to guide precise, evidence-based treatment planning.

Personalized Treatment Pathways

  • Neurofeedback therapy to support regulation of brainwave activity commonly affected in autism.
  • Biofeedback to improve emotional control, stress tolerance, and nervous system balance.
  • TMS protocols applied selectively to support neural connectivity and functional regulation.

Neurofeedback Therapy for Autism

  • A non-medication approach focused on improving self-regulation and reducing sensory and attentional challenges seen in ASD.
  • Weekly sessions guided by QEEG-based brain maps using real-time visual or game-based feedback.
  • Many individuals experience lasting improvements in attention, emotional stability, sleep quality, and sensory tolerance.

Our Care Team & Facilities

  • Our team includes psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and yoga therapists trained in neurofeedback and autism-informed care.
  • All clinicians follow structured, evidence-based protocols tailored to individual needs.
  • Our Delhi facility blends advanced neuroscience tools with a calm, person-centered therapeutic environment.

Outcome Monitoring & Review

  • Progress is continuously tracked through repeat neuro-assessments and functional evaluations.
  • Treatment plans are refined using data-driven insights as needs evolve.
  • This ensures care remains responsive, measurable, and outcome-focused.

Why Choose Mind Brain Institute

FAQ

Autism is not an illness; it’s a distinctive means of perceiving the world. Though it can’t be “cured,” there is a proper treatment that allows autistic people to grow up, connect, and thrive.

Not at all! Early is best but addressing it as soon as possible can have a positive impact for the better.

Yes! Certain of our therapies are aimed at enhancing communication, relationship building, and emotional intelligence.

Parents and caregivers are actively involved through consultations, guidance, and regular progress updates.

Yes, with the right therapies, interventions, and support, autistic children can live happy, independent, and meaningful lives.

Neurofeedback therapy, QEEG brain mapping, behavioral interventions, speech therapy, and social skills training have come forward as some of the most effective approaches for assisting autistic individuals.
